Pavan Duggal was interviewed by CNBC TV Channel for their flagship program Pehredaar on the liability of online service providers and intermediaries for e-commerce related transactions and for deficiency of services. Pavan Duggal gave inputs on what specifically are the various legal remedies available to the consumers who are victims of potential neglect by intermediaries in fulfillment of their e-commerce transactions. He also highlighted the need for comply with the Indian Cyberlaw requirements by online companies, to be on the right side of the law.

Pavan elaborated on the specific liability issues of e-commerce service providers in respect of transactions which do not get completed on electronic platforms. He further highlighted the trends in Cyberlaw that online service providers need to take in account while providing e-commerce platforms for users.

Center Against Cyber Bullying


The Center Against Cyber Bullying (CACB) organized the First Conference on Cyber Bullying along with Birla Vidya Niketan on January 17, 2014. The Conference noted the menace of cyber bullying that has increasing with rapid speed in India and also examined various cases pertaining to cyber bullying. It further elaborated and discussed various methodologies, processes and procedures to address the issue of cyber bullying.
